• The above room rate are per room per night basis only.
• The above room tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at the buffet designated area. 
• The above room tariff is inclusive of all hotel taxes.

Terms & Conditions

» Hotel rooms are secured by Meetings and More (Official PCO) at a special conference tariff for the participants of ISKSAA 2018, at the respective hotels mentioned above.
» Conference special rates are valid for rooms blocked within 18th - 23rd JUNE, 2018 and booked through Meetings and More only.
» The Government reserves the rights to revise the taxes. The same shall be applicable.
» Rooms will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
» Rooms will be confirmed against 40% advance payment & Balance payment to be made before 10th February 2018
» Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional charges will levied.
» Personal expenses such as telephone bills, additional food & beverage bills, any room services and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the
    hotel at the time of check out.
» Twin Bed is subject to availability

Cancellations & Refunds
» Once Booking Made cancellation will apply if you cancel your booking on or after 15th Dec, 2017 it will cost you 15% of total booking.
» For notice of cancellation given on or after 15th Jan 2018 - 25% retention on total booking amount.
» For notice of cancellation given on or after 15th Feb 2018 - 50% retention on total booking.
» For notice of cancellation given on or after 15th March 2018 - 75% retention on total booking.
» For notice of cancellation given on or after 15th April 2018 - 90% retention on total booking.
» For notice of cancellation given within 31 days of the arrival date - 100% retention of total booking.
