Terms & Conditions
- Registration fees is inclusive of 18% GST.
- Registration is mandatory
- Registration charges once paid are non-refundable and non- transferable.
- Kindly quote your Association membership number to avail discounted rates for members.
- All cheques/DD to be drawn in favour of “STAR 2018” payable at Pune.
- Cheques payments would be subject to realization.
- The Conference organizers will not be responsible for any postal delays.
- Kindly provide your Mobile Number and email id that future communications can be sent to you.
- Registration for Pre- Conference workshop CME alone is not permitted.
- Conference Registration is mandatory along with Workshop/CME registrations.
- Certificate from the Head of Department is mandatory for PG Students
- Only the registered participant can attend the event / conference & replacement is substitution not allowed
- No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the participant arrives late or does not turn up for the event.
- No refunds will be eligible to any individual if the event / conference conducted is not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.
- In case event / conference is cancelled or postponed, should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the revised dates & if you are unable to attend the event / conference then the amount will be refunded back to you.

Cancellation Policy
Till 15.06.2018 - 50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed less GST as per current government norms & bank processing charges @ 3% (In case of payment by card).
Mentioned cancellation date was already expired hence kindly check and modify the same.
After 15.06.2018 - No Refunds
Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to conference secretariat All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Conference kit is subject to availability for spot registration | We will accept only cash or credit card for spot registration.
Refund Policy:
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07-10 working days
