Single Occupancy: Only one person can stay
Double Occupancy: Only two persons can stay

Inclusions:
• The above room rate are per room per night basis only.
• The above room tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at the buffet designated area.

Exclusions:
GST at 9% applicable on total billing.

Terms & Conditions:
• Hotel rooms are secured by Meetings and More at a special conference tariff for the participants of ICWES17, at the respective hotels mentioned above.
• Conference special rates are valid for rooms blocked within 4th Oct - 8th Oct, 2017 and booked through Meetings and More only.
• The Government reserves the rights to revise the taxes.
• Rooms will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
• Rooms will be confirmed against advance payment.
• Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, room service and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the
   time of check out.
